Make History in Uniform at SLDN’s Twentieth Annual Dinner
Many have asked whether service members may wear their military uniforms to SLDN’s Twentieth Annual National Dinner in Washington, DC on Saturday, March 3rd. Defense Department instructions and service regulations do not prohibit currently serving members (Active Duty, National Guard or Reserve) or retirees from attending the dinner in uniform.
We have looked forward to this evening for many years, and based upon what we are hearing, many of you will be proudly wearing your uniform to the annual dinner for the first time ever.
We look forward to celebrating with you on March 3rd.
