Special note: Tuesday's edition of NPR's "All Things Considered" featured former Army Captain Tony Woods, who is also an Iraq war veteran and West Point graduate. Since being discharged from the Army under "Don't Ask, Don't Tell," Woods has worked with SLDN and various groups within the repeal coalition to educate the public about open service and help end this law by sharing his story.
