Later that evening, SLDN client and former Air Force Major Mike Almy was interviewed on The Rachel Maddow Show about his testimony in the court challenge to DADT, Log Cabin Republicans vs. United States of America, in which U.S. District Court Judge Virginia Phillips found the law to be unconstitutional in a ruling September 9.
