Veterans for Human Rights to Co-Host DADT Forum Sunday
Our coalition partner, Veterans for Human Rights (VfHR), is co-sponsoring a public forum on “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 12 in Portland, Oregon. The Q Center and the Portland Steering Committee of the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) are also co-sponsoring the event. Gay veterans from the U.S. Air Force will speak, and elected officials as well as candidates are expected to be in attendance. The event is open to the public and will be held at Q Center (4115 N. Mississippi Ave., Portland, Oregon).
