Major Andrew D. Brooks, CSMR

Major Andrew Dean Brooks, a native of San Diego, CA, received his B.A. in economics and distinction in general scholarship from the University of California, Berkeley in 1983. He earned his law degree from the Gould School of Law, University of Southern California in 1986.

MAJ Brooks has served in the California State Military Reserve for over seven years as an officer, having been commissioned at Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos, CA in 2004. He currently resides in San Diego, CA, working as a State JAG Officer with the California National Guard, and as an Attorney at Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek. He joined the SLDN Military Advisory Council in March of 2012.
