Deana L. Cairo is a partner with the law firm of DLA Piper LLP (US), resident in the Washington, D.C. office. Deana is an antitrust litigator, assisting clients with complex litigation and government investigations.
Deana has also represented individuals seeking parity in benefits, particularly health care benefits, without regard to race, income level, disability, marital status or sexual orientation. She serves as General Counsel to Bring Hope Through Healing, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting health care providers to bring health care services to indigent populations. She is also a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician with Silver Spring Volunteer Fire Department.
Deana received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and her law degree from George Washington University School of Law. Deana was born in New York and currently resides in Maryland with her spouse and their two children.
