General David Petraeus is perfectly comfortable serving with gay men and women, he told CNN's Fareed Zakaria. Petraeus worked with gay CIA officers, both men and women, and "after the 10 seconds of awareness wore off, the focus was on the professional attributes of these individuals."

He believes that "don't ask, don't tell" can be repealed: "I think this is something that can be worked through, frankly."
