The Bay Citizen: NorCal Sailor Faces Discharge Under “Don’t Ask”

A Northern California sailor faces a discharge hearing Thursday for mentioning his sexual orientation on his MySpace page.
This despite legislation signed by President Barack Obama in December phasing out the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy.
