Wall Street Journal: Court Orders End to Ban on Gay Service

Activists opposed to the ban hailed the ruling, saying it would ensure no more gay service members are forced out of the military before the law changes. "They have taken far too long, and it has caught up with them," said Aubrey Sarvis, executive director of the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network.
