Tuesday, September 20th JR's Bar & Grill in DC will be celebrating it's 25th Anniversary as well as the repeal of Don't Ask, Don't Tell.

Continue celebrating with an open bar on rail vodka and draft beer from 10-11, and a completely open bar for military personnel with an ID during the same hour. 

Note: JR's will open to the public at 9PM.
