Governance Policy: Confidentiality

Board and Honorary Board members, employees and consultants have an obligation to maintain the confidentiality of discussions by and decisions of the Board, the Honorary Board and the Board committees until such time as they are officially made public. Confidentiality applies to all OutServe-SLDN’s business matters, including, but not limited to, clients, donors, contributions, board members and staff matters. This obligation continues even after OutServe-SLDN service terminates.
