Governance Policy: Diversity

The Board of Directors of OutServe-SLDN recognizes and celebrates the value diversity brings to the organization. Diversity adds a wealth of talent, experience and perspective integral to the mission. The Board of Directors will strive to reflect in its own composition the diversity of the clients OutServe-SLDN serves, the donors that provide OutServe-SLDN’s support and the community in which OutServe-SLDN resides.
