Governance Policy: Position Statements

From time to time the board of OutServe-SLDN may adopt statements of position on matter of concern to OutServe-SLDN relating to its mission. Below are those currently in effect:

OutServe-SLDN Statement on Military Actions

OutServe-SLDN is dedicated to ending discrimination against and harassment of military personnel affected by Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell and related forms of intolerance.

OUtServe-SLDN takes no position on military actions undertaken by the United States, but supports men and women in uniform.

OUtServe-SLDN Statement on Military Draft

Servicemembers Legal Defense Network takes no position regarding a military draft.
