Barbara Wujciak, O.D.

Dr. Barbara Wujciak was elected to SLDN's Board of Directors in July 2009. Dr. Wujciak earned her Bachelor of Arts in Education in 1983 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and taught high school mathematics for 3 years. She is a 1990 graduate of the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA. From 1991 to 2008 she enjoyed growing a private optometry practice in Carrboro, NC where the health of her patients was emphasized through the health of their eyes.

Dr. Wujciak attended the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD from 1980-81 as part of the fifth class with women. She now serves as a Blue and Gold Officer for the admissions department.
