Mati Weiderpass

Mati Weiderpass is a principal of Parkview Developers, a company he co-founded in 2003 which specializes in high end residential development in the New York metro area. Weiderpass is currently working on the development of the 90,000 square foot OUT NYC, a hetero-friendly urban resort located on West 42nd Street consisting of a dance bar, hotel, restaurant, spa, gym, and specialty retail. Past projects included the Carnegie Hotel on West 58th Street, and a 108 unit condominium and gardens complex at 505 West 47th Street in Hells Kitchen. Weiderpass is also a founder of Watch World International, a watch specialty retail concept he built to 118 locations nation-wide.

Weiderpass was recognized in 1999 by Ernst and Young as “Entrepreneur of the Year." He has an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a BS in Management Engineering from WPI in Worcester, MA. He also served four years in the US Army, achieving the rank of Captain and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal.
