MAJ Shannon L. McLaughlin, Esq.

Shannon McLaughlin is a Major in the Massachusetts National Guard and serves as a Judge Advocate General (JAG). Her current military assignment is as Chief of Legal Assistance. She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with degrees in Economics and Philosophy and earned her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School. She is admitted to practice in both California and Massachusetts as well as the Armed Forces Court of Appeals.

MAJ McLaughlin has been mobilized and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and served stateside in support of Operation Noble Eagle. Her military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, among others.
