LCDR Craig A. Wilgenbusch, USNR
LCDR Craig A. Wilgenbusch, USNR has more than 10 years of active duty experience with continuing service as a member of the Inactive Ready Reserve (IRR).
Throughout his military career he has gained extensive expertise in the areas of government personnel management and financial management planning systems. Lieutenant Commander Wilgenbusch currently serves as a Department of the Navy civil servant program manager, a supervisor managing Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) in addition to Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) development for the Navy's west coast research and development lab. In this role, Wilgenbusch manages a branch of 13 personnel with six main projects, overseeing a combined project budget of nearly $10 million a year.
Lieutenant Commander Wilgenbusch graduated from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterrey, CA in 2001 and earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1994. He is an N.R.O.T.C. Distinguished Naval Graduate. He now resides in San Diego, CA.
